At Epitome Office Solutions, we take delivery seriously. Paper, printers, toners, spare parts—these aren’t luxury items, they’re business-critical. This policy outlines how we ship orders across Kenya, how long delivery takes, and what you should expect along the way.

Delivery Coverage

We ship orders across all counties in Kenya.

Whether you’re in Nairobi CBD, an industrial area, or somewhere that requires “pita ile petrol station, alafu uliza”—if a courier can get there, we’ll deliver.

Delivery Timeframes

Fast, but realistic.

  • Nairobi: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Nairobi: 2–5 business days

  • Same-day delivery: Available within selected Nairobi locations for urgent orders (please contact us before placing the order)

Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Delivery Charges

We keep shipping costs simple and transparent.

  • Flat delivery fee: KES 300 per order. However, delivery prices may change depending on your location and courier of choice. This will be agreed upon before dispatch.

  • Free delivery: May apply during promotions or for selected high-value orders (this will always be clearly communicated)

No hidden charges. No checkout surprises.

Order Handling & Dispatch

Order timing affects dispatch speed:

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed on the same business day

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation message and tracking details where available.

Courier Services

We work with reliable delivery partners who understand that office downtime costs money.
Depending on location and urgency, deliveries may be handled by:

  • Fargo Courier

  • G4S

  • Trusted local riders (for Nairobi same-day deliveries)

  • Matatu Shuttle/Courier services

Tracking availability depends on the courier used.

Delivery Information Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

  • A valid contact name and phone number

  • Accurate building, office, or house details

  • Clear landmarks or directions (especially outside major towns)

Epitome Office Solutions cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
“Check on Google Maps” alone is not enough.

Failed Deliveries & Delays

Sometimes things don’t go as planned.

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we or the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery time

  • A second delivery attempt or collection from a courier pickup point may be required

  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier limitations, or unusually high order volumes

If delays happen, we communicate. Silence is not our policy.
